Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consumers have the statutory right to cancel a contract under the following conditions.

 

 

 

1. Right of Withdrawal

 


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.


The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

 

 

 

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

 


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

 

 

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

 


If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).


The refund will be made immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us.


For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.


We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

 

 

 

4. Return of Goods

 


You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.


The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.


👉 You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

 

 

5. Compensation for Value Loss

 


You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

 

 

 

6. Exclusion or Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

 


The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

 

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery

  • for the supply of perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life

 

 

 

 

7. Damaged or Faulty Goods

 


Should a product arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the goods at:

In this case, we will, of course, cover the costs for replacement or refund.
