If a defect is confirmed after review, SciroccoLabs, at its sole discretion, will offer one of the following:

Shipping costs related to approved defective claims will be covered by SciroccoLabs.
5. Items Not Considered Defective
The following are not considered defects:

Minor cosmetic variations inherent to premium or natural materials

Damage caused by improper use, storage, or handling

Packaging damage that does not affect product functionality
